£35,000 + uncapped com + bonus + bens

You will be working for a well-established, independent, international and expanding media company. The company publishes magazines on a global scale, holds a variety of websites and also specialises in conferences, awards and bespoke solutions. You will be working within a very successful friendly team.
The key tasks of the Business Development Manager include:
Selling into 10 online and publishing offerings
Develop revenue streams from the existing marketplace.
Developing existing accounts and enhancing revenue streams.
Build upon and maintain excellent client relationships ensuring that packages are tailor made to client’s objectives.
The key attributes of the Business Development Manager include:
They key to this role is the ability to create relationships with clients from all around the world.
Experience of selling in a media environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate with top level executives
Be consultative with excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.
The ability to take ownership of a brand and develop not only the sales team but the products and the revenues!
